Creative production company After Party Studios is coming off the back of a busy month, with branded content projects for Just Eat, SoBe and Palome.
For French fashion brand Palome, the company has produced a series of scripted social films that “pokes fun at the classic French fashion boutique – think awkward silences, icy glares, and prices that make your eyes water.”
The first film, directed by Ben Doyle, dropped on Palome’s socials last week and is designed to convey the message that “Palome does things differently: best-in-class design & materials, minus the attitude. No pretence, no nonsense, just great clothes.”
Away from brand-led production, After Party has been in production on season 2 of Hear Me Out with Channel 4.0. The studio also reports that production manager Chantelle Burndam, is developing a new podcast: The Art Of The Graft.
Featuring guests from across the industry, the podcast will shine a light on real stories, hard-earned experience, and the importance of promoting equality within production. Inspired by Chantelle’s experiences on sets that lacked meaningful representation of people of colour, queer voices, and disabled communities, The Art Of The Graft will “create space for under-represented creatives to share their journeys, insights, and lessons — offering encouragement and inspiration for the next generation”.
