Banijay Kids & Family has announced digital distribution agreements with Acamar Films, Beakus, TheSoul Group and Lighthouse Studios.

Acamar Films’ new channel Again! Again!, which is built around public service values, will carry a selection of Banijay Kids & Family’s preschool and educational programming, including Mister Maker (pictured) and Mumfie.

Banijay Kids & Family has also acquired YouTube AVOD and Amazon Prime SVOD rights to Beakus’ preschool series Olobob Top. The programme’s existing YouTube channel will join the company’s content management system network.

The division is also adding content from TheSoul Group to its owned and operated YouTube network, including DoodLand, Teen-Z, Baby Zoo and Learn Toons.

Beyond children’s programming, Lighthouse Studios’ Murder by Gaslight has joined ZK Comedy Plus, Banijay Kids & Family’s YouTube hub for non-kids animation, on a non-exclusive basis. The title joins digital-first animation Ava & Digger, developed in collaboration with TheSoul Group, and the upcoming adult mockumentary Belzebubs.

Dan Lewsey, senior vice president, digital and social media, Banijay Kids & Family, said: “Our compelling and diverse digital network gives us an increasingly powerful way to connect brilliant content with audiences around the world. These latest partnerships demonstrate the breadth of that approach, from taking our own much-loved titles to new platforms, to bringing strong third-party IP into our ecosystem.”

The company is also using its digital network to support activity beyond screen distribution, including promotion of Mister Maker live shows. Its in-house team provides audience development, channel management, short-form optimisation and franchise growth services for its own properties and selected third-party brands.
