Creative production company After Party Studios has been commissioned to deliver the live broadcast of the 2026 Sidemen Charity Match, set to take place at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, April 18. The event has sold out with more than 90,000 attendees and is expected to attract a global audience via YouTube.
The project marks the fourth consecutive year that After Party Studios has handled end-to-end production for the event, working with Sidemen Entertainment. The fixture has become one of the largest creator-led live sports productions, combining stadium-scale attendance with digital-first distribution.
This year’s edition introduces a new format, with the Sidemen group split across two teams, SDMN FC and YouTube AllStars, for the first time. The lineup includes creators such as KSI, Vikkstar123, Miniminter and Behzinga, alongside a wider roster of international digital talent. Hosting duties will be led by Munya Chawawa and Elz The Witch, with commentary from Spencer Owen and Stephen Tries.
Tickets sold out in 2.5 hours, making it one of the fastest-selling events in Wembley Stadium’s history. The match also holds a Guinness World Records title for the most-viewed charity sports livestream on YouTube. Proceeds from the 2026 event will support Bright Side and M7 Education.
Joshua Barnett, CEO of After Party Studios and executive producer of the event, said: “The Sidemen Charity Match has grown into one of the most significant creator-led live events in the world, breaking viewing records and raising millions for charity. Returning to a sold-out Wembley Stadium in 2026, this year’ s match will be our most ambitious yet, covering even more angles, making the fans in stadium become part of the action and really dialling up the inner rivalry between the Sidemen teams.”
The event was commissioned by Sidemen Entertainment CEO Victor Bengtsson and head of operations Anna Sirius. Sirius said: “What started out as a passion project for the Sidemen has grown to one of the biggest events in the country. Being able to bring this community together for such a good cause is a highlight of our year. Selling out Wembley once is an incredible feeling but making it happen twice in a row is one of those things that our entire team will remember forever. We can’t wait to welcome the world on the April 18.”
The 2025 edition of the match drew more than 20 million viewers and raised over £4.7 million for charitable causes.
