Holywater, a leader in the vertical video market, is producing its first unscripted series, Love or Dare. Part 1 of the new show will premiere on the Ukrainian company’s streaming app My Drama on November 21, with Part 2 following on December 12.
In Love or Dare, couples who may be struggling, or who simply want to test the strength of their relationship, are faced with physical and emotional challenges, pushing them to the limits to determine whether their love can survive under pressure.
Ukrainian filmmaker Svitlana Kovda will serve as showrunner and creative producer while Iryna Stakhmich executive produces. Among contestants is Australian Harry Johnson, who previously featured on Netflix’s hit reality series Too Hot to Handle.
Holywater said the new show expands its portfolio beyond scripted series, with recent hit titles including Spark Me Tenderly, Chained by Her Love and Young Elite. This is part of a broader commitment to expand beyond microdramas into a broader range of genres — including reality shows, true crime and action
Co-founded by Bogdan Nesvit and Anatolii Kasianov, Holywater burst on to the global scene in Autumn 2025, following a widely-publicised partnership with Fox Entertainment. The company’s content ecosystem currently reaches over 60 million users. In addition to My Drama, platforms include e-book platform My Passion and My Muse, a platform for vertical series produced with the support of generative AI.
