TikTok LIVE and Food Network are launching a livestream cooking series that will pair digital creators with Food Network chefs, beginning July 8, 2026.
The series follows the companies’ Future of Flavor LIVE event held earlier this year and will feature hour-long broadcasts from the Food Network Kitchen.
The first installment, TikTok LIVE x Food Network Presents: Tomato Season will feature Food Network chef Antonia Lofaso alongside TikTok creator Jose El Cook, with the pair preparing recipes centred on seasonal tomatoes.
According to the companies, viewers will be able to interact during the livestream through polls, chat and virtual gifts while asking about recipes and techniques.
Lofaso (pictured) is a chef, restaurateur and longtime Food Network personality who has appeared on several series. Jose El Cook has built a following on TikTok through cooking demonstrations, recipe videos and kitchen tutorials aimed at home cooks.
The partnership reflects growing collaboration between traditional television brands and social media platforms as they look to expand live programming and creator-led content around food and lifestyle categories. Streams will air simultaneously on the @foodnetwork, @jose.elcook, @tiktok and @tiktoklive_us TikTok accounts.
