TellyCast Digital Video Awards 2026 has named Tia Drake from production company Objekt as the winner of the Unsung Hero award.

The category recognises outstanding behind-the-scenes contributions across digital production, celebrating individuals whose creativity, leadership and dedication play a crucial role in delivering successful content, channels and studios.

Tia Drake currently serves as studio producer at Objekt, leading production across a diverse slate of digital entertainment formats while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the studio. Over the past five years, she has progressed from apprentice to a central figure within the company, overseeing complex productions and multi-platform delivery workflows for global brands, publishers and broadcasters.

Known internally for her organisation and hands-on approach, Drake manages projects from initial development through to final delivery, regularly coordinating large-scale asset deliveries across multiple platforms while maintaining rigorous quality control standards. Colleagues describe her as a key operational figure within the studio, with both clients and production teams relying on her detailed understanding of workflows and studio processes.

The award also reflects Drake’s wider contribution to studio culture and team development, with colleagues highlighting her consistency, loyalty and ability to support both productions and people under pressure.

Judges said: “Tia is the classic unsung hero. She has been with the company for five years, which shows loyalty, and is willing to take on any task as evidenced by the entry. She has grown significantly during her time with the company.”
