Studio71 takes on YouTube marketing role for Rialto’s Bud Spencer & Terence Hill content

ProSiebenSat.1-owned digital first division Studio71 has taken over the exclusive YouTube marketing of Rialto Film’s Bud Spencer & Terence Hill content.
Films involving the iconic Italian comedy duo are a fixture in popular film history – and have enjoyed a second wind on digital media platforms. Around 350,000 subscribers follow Rialto’s YouTube channel ‘Best of Bud Spencer & Terence Hill’. Here they can watch newly-dropped classics from the duo every Sunday – with more than 15 million YouTube video views in Germany and almost 25 million internationally.
As exclusive marketing partner for Rialto, Studio71 is taking over the monetisation of this cult content – making it the only official co-marketer alongside YouTube. With this partnership, Studio71 said it is “further expanding its partner network and simultaneously strengthening its position as a digital marketer of iconic film formats”.
For Rialto, the collaboration means greater digital visibility and an opportunity to reach relevant target groups that are not only nostalgic, but also digitally savvy and, above all, future-relevant. In addition, Studio71’s affiliation with ProSiebenSat.1 Media and Seven.One Entertainment Group also opens up marketing synergies with leading platforms including broadcaster Kabel Eins and streamer Joyn.
