TellyCast’s How to Make Money in Digital event will now take place on April 20, 2026 at 30 Euston Square in London, having moved one day earlier than originally scheduled due to threatened London Underground strikes on April 21.
The event’s schedule remains as advertised, however, with a session by Spotify and a special talk on the digital reinvention of an iconic TV brand among the headliners.
Spotify’s session, How to Monetise Your Video on Spotify, will see Rowan Collinson, senior audience development and editorial manager – podcasts, outline how creators and production companies can tap into the platform’s evolving video ecosystem and unlock new revenue streams. Meanwhile Inside Time Team’s Digital Reboot, led by Tim Taylor MBE, offers a look at how the iconic format is being reimagined for a digital-first audience and how legacy IP can be successfully transformed for new platforms.
Justin Crosby, founder of TellyCast, said: “We apologise for any inconvenience caused by bringing the event forward by a day, but with the potential disruption from the planned London Underground strikes, we wanted to make sure people can attend without travel concerns. It’s still going to be a brilliant day – packed with fantastic speakers, practical insights and great opportunities to connect with others across the industry.”
Following a successful debut last year, the second edition of How to Make Money in Digital will once again bring together leading executives, strategists and practitioners to examine how production businesses, publishers, creators and digital-first studios are building sustainable revenues beyond traditional media models.
The summit will focus on platform-native content strategies, monetisation, IP development, brand partnerships, monetising catalogue and existing IP, audience growth and new operating models for the digital-first era, with a particular emphasis on vertical video, microdrama and video podcasting.
Designed for independent producers, content industry executives and emerging studios, the one-day event will feature 13 case studies, practical sessions, networking breaks and panel discussions aimed at founders, managing directors, freelancers and senior development teams looking to future-proof their businesses and connect with the leaders shaping the next generation of entertainment.
The programme will again combine keynote sessions with in-depth discussions exploring how production companies are publishing and scaling content across digital platforms, while also addressing evolving brand relationships.
How to Make Money in Digital forms part of TellyCast’s portfolio of events and training initiatives focused on social video production, alongside the TellyCast Digital Content Forum, the Digital Video Awards and TellyCast Digital Bootcamp.
