Spirit Studios has appointed Chiara Ronci as Senior Channel Manager within its IP360 division, as the digital-first studio continues to scale its distribution and monetisation operations across social video and podcasting.

Ronci joins from Australian MCN Radar, where she spent four years driving channel growth and digital strategy for a roster of creators and brands. Prior to that, she held roles at Warner Bros and WildBrain Spark, building experience across global content, distribution and platform strategy.

At Spirit Studios, Ronci will play a key role in supporting the company’s expanding slate of TV podcasts, including projects with Channel 5, alongside additional broadcaster partnerships set to be announced later this year. She will also support the continued rollout of Spirit’s rapidly growing MCN and digital distribution business, helping to scale the studio’s portfolio of digital-first brands across platforms.

Her remit extends beyond Spirit-owned IP to third-party partnerships, overseeing digital distribution strategy and channel management for external creators, distributors and production catalogues. The appointment underlines Spirit’s ongoing investment in IP360 as a scalable engine for digital-to-broadcast IP development, audience growth and monetisation in the social video economy.

“Chiara brings exactly the kind of international digital expertise we need as Spirit continues to scale,” said Peter Cowley, CEO of Spirit Studios. “Her experience across premium IP, broadcaster partnerships and digital distribution makes her a fantastic addition to our IP360 division. As our TV podcast slate grows with Channel 5 and other partners this year, and as our MCN business accelerates, Chiara will play a central role in driving that next phase of growth.”

“I’m thrilled to join the team at this pivotal stage,” said Chiara Ronci. “Spirit Studios has built an impressive foundation in media and digital production, and I look forward to helping the organisation scale its impact by growing brands online and building strong relationships with our clients.”
