TellyCast Digital Video Awards 2026 has named ‘The Heist’ from Rodd’s Coffee and After Party Studios as winner of the Digital Commercial or Single Branded Video category. The award recognises branded content that combines marketing objectives and engaging storytelling, with judges assessing creative execution, brand integration and measurable audience impact.
Created to launch a new iced coffee brand from creators WillNE and James Marriott, the campaign took the form of a cinematic heist film for digital-first audiences. The campaign highlighted the product’s positioning as a fresh refrigerated oat milk iced coffee stocked in Sainsbury’s, while embedding product messaging naturally within the story. The creators played exaggerated versions of themselves, helping the campaign maintain authenticity and align closely with audience expectations.
Shot over a single day in a warehouse in Neasden, the project combined cinematic production, humour and creator-led storytelling, with cameo appearances from internet personalities including George Clarkey. The campaign generated strong engagement across social platforms and contributed to more than 100,000 bottles being sold in the first month, with demand exceeding initial supply.
Judges praised the project for successfully blending entertainment and commercial objectives through a format that felt native to digital audiences and creator culture.
