Night Train Digital director Caitlin Meek O’Connor has left the firm to set up a new consultancy with digital and social media specialist Mark MacDonald.
Announcing her plans on LinkedIn, Meek O’Connor said: “After two brilliant years running Night Train Digital, it’s time for a new chapter — and a big move north. I’m swapping London for Scotland, where Mark MacDonald and I have set up a new consultancy to help companies grow their social presence — with a particular focus on unlocking YouTube’s full potential. I’m excited about the work ahead, and if you’re looking to take your social (especially YouTube) to the next level, get in touch.”
Meek O’Connor said: “Working with our clients and partners at Night Train has been a privilege. I’ve learned so much and had the chance to work on projects I’m hugely proud of. Thank you to everyone who’s trusted us with your channels, your content, and your audiences.”
Prior to working at Night Train and its subsidiary Eccho Rights, Meek O’Connor spent six years as director of programming and acquisitions at Little Dot Studios. MacDonald also spent seven years at LDS but more recently was global head of social media at global production powerhouse Banijay, a post he departed in March 2025.
