Klik Studios has launched as the new brand identity for the digital rights management and content studio formerly known as Night Train Digital, following the acquisition of Eccho Rights and its sister companies by Serafin Group.
The rebrand brings together the existing operations of the division, which was formally established in 2024 after evolving from digital activity previously run within Eccho Rights. The studio retains its full team, structure and strategy, and continues to operate from London and Istanbul as part of the Serafin Group’s wider media portfolio.
Klik Studios currently manages close to 60 YouTube channels spanning scripted and unscripted content, with a combined audience of more than 25 million subscribers and over 3.5 billion watch hours. The business says it has returned close to $25 million in revenue to rights holders through platform monetisation.
Led by managing director Neil Francis, formerly of YouTube and Sky, the studio provides end-to-end digital services to producers and rights holders, including channel management, data-led content strategy and original digital commissioning across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
Francis said: “A new name felt like the right moment to set out clearly what we are and what we do. Klik Studios is built on strong foundations – a large and growing portfolio of channels, a talented team, and deep relationships across the Serafin group. The rebrand gives us a distinct identity that reflects our ambitions: to be the go-to digital partner for producers and rights holders who want to turn their content into sustainable, long-term revenue on digital platforms. There is a huge amount of opportunity ahead of us, and we’re excited to pursue it under a name that is entirely our own.”
The studio’s channel portfolio includes established international TV brands. These include the official Michael Parkinson channel, featuring archive interviews from the broadcaster’s career, and the Married at First Sight Worldwide channel, which aggregates content from UK, Australian, New Zealand and US versions of the format.
Klik also manages a range of Turkish drama channels from the Eccho Rights catalogue, including the award-winning series Sandık Kokusu (I Am Mother), which has achieved international reach since launch.
On the original commissioning side, the studio developed Virtually Parkinson, an AI-powered podcast series created with the support of the Parkinson family and estate, which attracted industry attention as an early example of AI-led content in factual entertainment. Further original projects are in development.
The launch follows a period of strategic change across the wider group. Night Train Media, which previously owned Night Train Digital alongside Eccho Rights, BossaNova Media and Curve Media, sold its stakes in those companies to Serafin Group as part of a restructuring of its production and distribution assets.
