TellyCast Digital Video Awards 2026 has named My Drama, from Holywater Tech, as the winner of the MICRODRAMA APP category.
The award recognises innovation in mobile-first storytelling platforms, with judges rewarding strong product vision, audience engagement and new models for short-form scripted content in a rapidly evolving streaming landscape.
My Drama is a mobile-first vertical streaming platform designed for smartphone-native audiences, built around 1-2 minute episodic storytelling. Developed by Holywater Tech, it operates as both a distribution platform and an IP discovery engine for premium micro-drama series across multiple genres.
To date, My Drama has reached over 60 million users, with 12 million monthly active users and more than 100 million hours of streamed content, positioning it as one of the leading vertical streaming platforms in the US and Europe. The platform has also developed a strong commercial and strategic foundation, securing investment from FOX Entertainment, raising $22 million in funding to accelerate micro-drama adoption in the U.S., and entering a major partnership with Dhar Mann Studios.
Judges called it: “A strong example of where short-form scripted content is heading, with a clear product vision and impressive scale. A well-executed platform that demonstrates the commercial and creative potential of microdrama storytelling.”
