Dubai-based production and distribution company Kedoo Entertainment has launched Love Drama, a new streaming app devoted to short-form romantic drama series.
Built for next-gen mobile-first viewers, the platform delivers premium, short-form romantic drama series and movies in a vertical, immersive format. With episodes under two minutes, the platform is designed for high engagement and retention, targeting consumers that want quick, emotionally compelling entertainment on the go.
According to Kedoo, Love Drama “drives addictive, feel-good viewing and offers pure escapism through universal themes including forbidden love, high society romance, timeless and historical tales, second chances and rekindled love, fated encounters and coming-of-age drama”. Flagship series include Billionaire’s Secret Baby, From Gate ‘A’ to Her Heart and Wings After 40 (pictured), with new titles added every week.
Kedoo said “Love Drama’s launch is backed by a commitment to regularly release new series and episodes, collaborate with creators, production studios and distribution partners to expand the library and leverage analytics for data-driven growth”.
The content is curated from various markets across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, focusing on fast-paced storytelling and emotional appeal that resonates with digital audiences. Kedoo Entertainment is also actively exploring opportunities to co-finance original productions and develop exclusive Love Drama content.
Drilling down into the platform, Kedoo said it is built around:
Bite-sized episodes that cater for on-the-go viewing and drive user retention.

Vertical, full-screen streaming that optimises the user experience for smartphones.
AI-driven recommendations that enhance content discoverability.
Built-in social features that foster interaction and sharing among the global fan base.
