Digital-first creative studio JustSo has partnered with the world’s largest expedition cruise company HX Expeditions to launch Wonderstruck, a new vodcast that explores how moments of awe and discovery can reshape the way we see the world.

Hosted by conservationist and wildlife broadcaster Hannah Stitfall (pictured), Wonderstruck brings listeners and viewers into intimate conversations with travellers who have encountered wonder in the planet’s most extraordinary places with guests sharing the moments that left them truly wonderstruck. In the pilot episode, Hannah sits down with marine biologist, broadcaster and former Royal Marine Monty Halls to reveal the personal story behind his life-affirming journey to The Galapagos Islands.

“Wonderstruck is about more than travel,” said Jono Stevens, co-founder of JustSo. “It’s about the emotional and transformational power of encounters in some of the world’s most remarkable destinations. HX Expeditions are globally renowned for creating exactly these types of experiences and we are immensely proud to be collaborating with them for the first time to bring this compelling content to life.”

Josh Pizey, global head of social, HX Expeditions, added: “Wonderstruck is about the wonder behind the journeys – the stories that stay with you long after the voyage ends. We’re excited to share what makes these places, and the people who explore them, so special. JustSo have been the perfect partners, bringing Wonderstruck to life and providing invaluable creative and production expertise throughout the project.”

The pilot of Wonderstruck is now live on HX Expeditions’ YouTube channel with cut downs rolling out across their social media platforms.

Founded by filmmakers Jonny Madderson and Jono Stevens, JustSo specialises in digital-first storytelling that builds emotional connections and helps brands resonate with new audiences.  JustSo are partners to some brands and broadcasters including LEGO, Netflix, Google, HSBC, Red Bull, Expedia, Proctor & Gamble and Channel 4.
