BBC Studios Digital Brands team is looking for an inspirationally creative and practically grounded candidate to lead a new, unified digital content creation team.
You will be comfortable leading a large production team to deliver quality copy, design, and video, safely at speed and scale. You will have demonstrable experience of digital production, especially in self-funded commissions, and brand-funded projects, and have a deep understanding of digital commercial operating models. You will be able to parse a budget in your sleep, love driving creative and technical innovation, and be totally unfazed by legal, regulatory, and rights considerations.
