Single seats are now available for this year’s Digital Video Awards, with the event taking place in just over two weeks. Organiser TellyCast has opened up individual ticket purchases alongside table bookings for the ceremony, which will be held on May 21 at The Londoner in Leicester Square. Shortlisted companies and industry attendees are being encouraged to secure places ahead of the event.
Now in its second year, the Digital Video Awards recognise excellence, creativity and innovation in digital-first production and distribution. The 2026 edition features a broad range of categories spanning studios, channels and formats, alongside awards for branded content, podcasts and emerging platform strategies.
The awards also reflect key areas of growth across the sector, with categories covering AI-driven production, microdrama, sport, news, women’s channels and digital catalogue exploitation. Studio of the Year is expected to be closely contested, while channel and format categories highlight the diversity of content across platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and FAST services.
The ceremony will be hosted by Specs Gonzalez, reflecting the awards’ focus on digital-native talent. Gonzalez has built a following through short-form comedy and social content, with a presence spanning TikTok, YouTube and podcasting, alongside appearances in projects such as Sky Sports: Scenes and Hear Me Out.
Shortlists for the 2026 awards include around 100 entries across more than 20 categories, with participants ranging from broadcasters and studios to digital-first producers. Companies represented include ITV Studios, Channel 4’s 4Studio, BBC, Banijay Entertainment and Hearst Networks, alongside independent studios.
Entries have been judged by a panel of industry experts, recognising achievements in storytelling, audience engagement and creative execution across digital platforms. The Unsung Hero category will again spotlight behind-the-scenes contributions.
