Fawkes Digital secures content creation task for Good Food Tasted

by | Feb 26, 2026 | News

Fawkes Digital creative director and founder Lucy Smith has announced a new partnership with Immediate Media brand Good Food to produce a slate of original entertainment formats for its newly launched channel, Good Food Tasted.

The first commission under the partnership is Spin the Dish, an original competitive food format fronted by sibling presenters Yinka and Kola Bokinni.

The series features two creator chefs representing different international cuisines going head-to-head to reinterpret classic family dishes. Each episode centres on a themed culinary battle – for example Nigeria versus Hong Kong reimagining chicken pie, Spain versus Korea reinventing lasagna, and Turkey versus Italy transforming toad in the hole.

The pilot series brings together a range of established and emerging food creators, including Let Jane Cook, Omar Allibhoy, Joseph Denison Carey, Big Has, Chubby Dumpling and The Flygerians.

Smith said the partnership forms part of a broader development slate that Fawkes Digital is originating for Good Food Tasted, working closely with Paul Doyle (Immediate director of video strategy and delivery), Lily Barclay (content director Good Food at Immediate) and Courtneay Mann (talent director at Insanity).
