Digital entertainment agency Fan Club has made two senior appointments to support its expansion plans and strengthen its creative and production capabilities.

Ellen Stewart (pictured) joins as director of strategy & operations. She comes from Reach plc, where she led a 130‑strong department focused on data‑informed decision making, audience strategy and social video distribution. At Fan Club, she will oversee strategic operations, project delivery and growth initiatives as the company expands its social‑first content and audience growth strategies for clients.

Oliver Warley joins the agency as head of content responsible for building the in-house production team. With a track record in scaling teams, optimising workflows, and integrating cutting-edge tools, Fan Club said he has successfully launched new business lines and directed impactful branded content campaigns.

Joe Churchill, founder & CEO of Fan Club, said: “In keeping with our commitment to only making the cool shit with the great people, we are delighted to welcome Ellen and Oliver to Fan Club. Their appointments strengthen our offering and position us well for our next phase of growth. Ellen’s strategic insight, editorial leadership and deep understanding of audience behaviour will be transformative as we scale our operations, while Oliver’s exceptional experience in content strategy and production will ensure we can continue to deliver elite, market-leading work for our clients.”

Stewart added: “I’m incredibly excited to join Fan Club because its very existence represents a no‑longer ignorable shift in the media landscape. Those who have worked with me know that I am a disrupter, and the chance to work under the creative leadership of Joe Churchill offers a unique environment to create social‑first content that genuinely captures imaginations rather than just filling space.”

Warley said: “I am really looking forward to joining Fan Club at this ever evolving time in long form video and podcast publishing. Joe’s vision for what can be achieved with digital and branded content is really exciting.”
