Creative production company After Party Studios, part of Sister Group, has appointed Jessica Ross-Dorman as head of production, effective immediately.

Ross-Dorman (pictured) will oversee production operations across the company’s growing slate of projects and report directly to CEO Joshua Barnett.

She joins the business from We Are Social, where she spent three and a half years as senior producer leading sports team production across campaigns for brands including Adidas and Lucozade. Her previous experience includes roles at Burson and Octagon, as well as in-house production work for PlayStation on campaigns involving Mastercard, Standard Chartered and HSBC.

Barnett said: “Jess is exactly the person After Party Studios needs to spearhead our capabilities as we continue to scale our output. Her instincts, her track record, and her ability to bring out the best in creative teams make her perfectly placed to lead our production. We’re thrilled to have her join us.”

Ross-Dorman added: “After Party Studios has an energy, culture and a point of view that’s genuinely rare. The ambition here is matched by the talent, and I’m thrilled to help build the infrastructure that lets that creativity thrive.”

The appointment also sees creative producer Anisa Cochrane join the company permanently following work on campaigns for SkyBet and Sky Sports.

The announcement comes as After Party Studios continues to expand its client roster and recent project slate, which includes campaigns and productions involving Red Bull, Neymar Jr, SNL UK, Netflix, Ella Toone, Paddy Pimblett and Gordon Ramsay.
