After Party Studios has developed a new digital campaign for on-demand delivery app Just Eat, starring England and Manchester United W.F.C. forward Ella Toone.
The campaign, launching on Just Eat’s YouTube and social channels, follows Toone in her hometown of Manchester as she hosts TikTok creator Olly Bowman on a tour of the city’s local food spots. The series, part of Just Eat’s Home of the Hotspots, highlights restaurants and dishes available through the app, with Toone sharing personal stories of the neighborhoods and meals that influenced her upbringing and football career.
Beyond food, the campaign explores Manchester’s cultural scene. Toone guides Bowman through local music stores and fashion outlets, showcasing the city’s musical heritage and style. The content also offers a glimpse into Toone’s pre-match routines.
Toone said: “Manchester has always been home for me, and it’s been fun showing Olly some of my favourite local food spots and sharing the city’s music and style.”
Joshua Barnett, managing director at After Party Studios, added: “For this partnership with Just Eat, we aimed to create content that celebrates Manchester’s food, culture, and community. Ella’s connection to the city and enthusiasm for the app made her an ideal partner, and pairing her with Olly Bowman created a dynamic, engaging series.”
The campaign follows After Party Studios’ previous collaboration with Just Eat on Home of the Hotspots featuring Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett in Liverpool. Edited segments from the new campaign will be shared across Just Eat’s TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X channels.
