Samsung TV Plus has expanded its partnership with ITV Studios’ Zoo 55 in a deal covering four entertainment and documentary channels across European markets.
The agreement includes The Voice Global, which is now available exclusively on Samsung TV Plus in the UK and Scandinavia, featuring the latest episodes from the current season of The Voice US.
The River Monsters channel, featuring the wildlife documentary series hosted by angler and biologist Jeremy Wade, will launch in France in October. It is already available on the platform in Germany, Scandinavia and the UK. The River Monsters franchise was a winner at the 2026 TellyCast Digital Video Awards.
Two further channels, VICE and VICE: Dark Side Of, will launch in the UK in October. VICE features documentary-style programming, while VICE: Dark Side Of examines stories from reality television, comedy and pop culture.
Announced ahead of MIPCOM, the agreement forms part of Samsung TV Plus’ strategy to expand public service broadcaster programming on its subscription-free streaming service.
Chris Gregory, head of content development at Samsung TV Plus EMEA, said: “Expanding our deal with ITV Studios is a significant moment for Samsung TV Plus, as we continue to bring premium entertainment from one of the world’s leading production studios to our European audiences. These instantly recognisable brands from ITV Studios, are part of our wider strategic goal to build a differentiated, premium streaming service that competes at scale. We’re delivering world-class entertainment that audiences know and love, whether that’s beloved formats, hit game shows, or gripping documentaries. This is what sets us apart in FAST.”
Jane Dribinskaya, VP FAST & DTC partnerships at Zoo 55, part of ITV Studios, said: “We are delighted to deepen our relationship with Samsung TV Plus across EMEA and bring hit global franchises like The Voice to an even broader audience.
