ITV Studios has appointed Anna-Lee Bridgstock as VP, Commercial Strategy & Data, a role that puts a social publishing data specialist at the heart of the producer-distributor’s commercial operation.
Bridgstock reports to ITV Studios’ SVP, Data & Insights Jason Fletcher and will lead a team of data analysts embedded across Global Sales, digital-first label Studio 55, Brand Partnerships, and Content & Production.
Her brief covers translating complex data into forward-looking creative and commercial strategies across ITV Studios, overseeing the centralisation of the company’s datasets and delivering market intelligence designed to drive measurable business growth.
At LADbible Group she set up and led the company’s first hybrid data and planning team, combining data, paid media and commercial strategy, and established LADnation, a youth research community serving clients including KFC, P&G and HM Government.
She went on to become Partner of Analytics & Insight at agency group MSQ, consulted on social data and insights for BBC Studios, and most recently served as Executive Director of Data and Product at social publisher Jungle Creations, where she connected the company’s publisher data to its social agency The Wild.
Her early career took in Interpublic Group and Microsoft in Sydney, MediaCom in Germany and Wunderman Thompson.
