Channel 4 is partnering with Wayfair on its first-ever social branded entertainment original content vodcast: Filtered Interiors. Audiences will be able to watch the series on Channel 4’s YouTube channel from November 20, and highlights will also be available on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube shorts.
Produced by Spirit Studios, the series is fronted by media personality Vogue Williams and architect Danny Campbell. Episodes will see celebrities including Ferne McCann, Donna Preston, Ade Adepitan, Kiell Smith-Bynoe, Fatiha El-Ghorri and Kojey Radical share a room they’d like to renovate, and the design hurdles they are facing.
As Filtered Interiors unfolds, Williams and Campbell will explore each celebrity’s unique style and preferences. They will then craft competing mood boards, each hoping to catch the guest’s eye and inspire a stunning transformation.
Ameenah Taher, digital commissioning executive at Channel 4, said: “Our vodcast explores how interior design influences all of us, as Vogue Williams and Danny Campbell go head-to-head solving celebrity design dilemmas with style and insight. Featuring a vibrant line-up of guests from the worlds of music, comedy and sport, the series delivers an engaging mix of creativity, personality and fresh perspectives.”
Matt Campion, Spirit Studios co-founder and creative director, added: “At a time when brands and broadcasters are collaborating more closely than ever, this project shows what can be achieved when strong editorial thinking meets brand storytelling. Through animation and AI technology we’ve pushed the boundaries of what an interior design show can be and created a visualised podcast that feels like a premium chat show.”
Milton Munoz, head of media & marketing operations at Wayfair UK, said: “Partnering with Channel 4 on this new vodcast series is a perfect fit – it celebrates creativity, individuality, and the joy of transforming spaces. Hosted by UK favourites Vogue Williams and Danny Campbell, alongside a brilliant line-up of guests, we’re proud to be part of Channel 4’s first branded entertainment vodcast and the first social branded entertainment partnership with a home and interiors brand.”
The partnership was led by WPP Media’s Wavemaker UK. Mark Brogan, managing partner, Wavemaker UK, said: “By bringing together Channel 4’s distinctive storytelling with Wayfair’s expertise in home design, we’ve built something that not only entertains but empowers audiences to reimagine their own spaces. Meeting viewers where they are – on the platforms they love the most – Filtered Interiors captures what’s possible when brands lean into culture and create content that resonates.”
This new show is the latest deal from Channel 4’s Partner Lab. It builds on a slate that includes branded entertainment series The Way We Move, and upcoming observational documentary Cancer Detectives: Finding the Cures.
