Comedy Central UK has announced that its digital sketch series Dating Horror Stories will return “for another hilarious, and often hellish, look at the modern-day dating scene for diverse lonely hearts”. The series (6 x 5 mins) will drop weekly on Comedy Central UK’s YouTube channel from 1pm on Monday October 6. Each episode will revolve around the experiences and anxieties associated with dating in the 21stCentury, with the cast including Kiell Smith-Bynoe (Ghosts, Taskmaster), Ed Kear (Ghosts, Bad Education), Kyrah Gray (Comedy Central Live), Mandeep Dhillon (Mobland, Afterlife), Jurell Carter (Emmerdale)and Finlay Christie (Comedy Central Live).
Dating Horror Stories series 2 is produced by Mother’s Best Child for Comedy Central. Guy Davidson and Daniel Clarke directed, and executive produced the series for Mother’s Best Child with Khaya Castagnoli as series producer. For Comedy Central, Amie Parker-Williams is series commissioner and executive producer with Michael Currell as series producer and Emma Beinish as creative designer.
